1.Buy the book of the year for Distribution, it's k20 per copy, get 3 copies 1 for Self and 2 for Distribution.Give the treasurers funds.
2.There will be a training Serminer for Elders , venue and date to be communicated and registration is k 100.To be done by the Conference & Certification will be there.
3.There will be a district Council on 19 April,2026, venue Mwinilunga Central, Time 09:00hrs.The meeting will be only for 2 hours, no lunch.Agenda: Campmeeting goals, Postal office goals, Amo Rally & Plots.
4.Publishing week of prayer begins 11-17 April, 2026.Choose preachers, Material already supplied.
5.Some Reports have delayed and the deadline is gone.
